I gentleman came out and gave me a quote on a new account unit. He looked cleaned my condenser pain for me. He was very knowledgeable and talked so I could understand what he meant. When I get ready to buy a new unit it will be from them.

James and Edgar were great! Heater went out right before the cold snap came, but these guys came out right away. Simple fix with a cleaning got me up and running again. And because I’m on their maintenance program it save me from having to pay anything out of pocket. Highly recommend!

These guys are what you want in an HVAC installer and servicer: they respond promptly, communicate clearly about scheduling, services needed, and costs, show up when they say they will, and get the job done. Their prices are reasonable and well justified by the level of service.For every service performed, they emailed me a written proposal with all costs itemized beforehand which I could conveniently e-sign from my phone to authorize the work. And after each job was done they emailed a detailed invoice showing all charges and payments. No handwritten carbon paper forms to file away and keep up with.The owner Josh is one of the nicest people you could hope to deal with, and his technicians reflect his insistence on professionalism and doing right by people. They do a lot to give back to the community and never seek any recognition for it.

I use Atlas for all of my AC needs. Josh and the guys know what they’re doing, show up on time and are just nice guys. Melody in the office keeps everybody moving in the right direction. Most recently I had them come in and add a vent corridor to our house’s really old metal duct system. My boys’ rooms now have about twice as much airflow as they did before. I highly recommend them!
